Caprese Salad

Layers of flavourful locally grown tomatoes (heirlooms where possible), fresh house-grown basil leaves and thick slices of the freshest, softest, melt-in-your-mouth cow or buffalo Fior Di Latte. Dressing of Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aged Balsamic and Sea Salt included. Serves 6-8.
