ORDERING

Online ordering closes 48 hours in advance. To order, please visit www.ciboprovidore.com or email ciao@ciboprovidore.com and allow 24 hours for a reply with confirmation. Prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Please note this is a small boutique business and orders are subject to availability. All products are made fresh to order. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Orders may be collected from the Cibo Providore kitchen in Eumundi. Collection is by appointment only. Delivery is by arrangement and delivery charges apply.

Due to the perishable nature of the goods, they cannot be left unattended. Someone must be present to receive the items at the specified time period. If for any reason you are not present at the time of delivery or where you have provided an incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, delivery will be reattempted however this will be subject to a redelivery fee.

HOURS

Hours of operation are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm Saturday. Requests for delivery outside of these hours may be subject to surcharges.

FOOD & PRODUCE

All products are subject to seasonal availability.

It is your responsibility to advise well in advance of any dietary requirements. While every effort is made to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary. It is also your responsibility to advise of any food allergies or intolerances in advance. The Cibo kitchen is not an allergen-free environment and there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Anyone with a severe food allergy should order with care.

All current food hygiene and handling processes are practised. The Cibo Providore kitchen is licensed for manufacture by Sunshine Coast Regional Council.

All food should be refrigerated immediately or consumed within 2 hours of delivery. After this time, Cibo Providore will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.

Cibo Providore is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste at any event. Disposable wooden cutlery, plates and paper napkins can be provided at an additional cost.

ALCOHOL

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order which includes alcohol for delivery.

REFUNDS

Your payment is considered confirmation that you wish to proceed with your order and is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please consider carefully before ordering. Refund and postponement restrictions apply as follows:

CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS 

For cancellations notified 15 days or more, Cibo will refund the full amount paid or provide a credit note to use at a later date depending on availability.

For cancellations notified between 5 and 14 days notice, Cibo will refund the full amount paid less a 10% administration fee or provide a credit note to use at a later date depending on our availability.

Postponements are permitted subject to availability and must be rescheduled for a new date within 3 months of the original date booked.

For cancellations notified within 4 days or less notice, Cibo will retain the full amount paid (no refund given) and rescheduling will be at Cibo’s discretion.

All cancellations, postponements and changes must be notified in writing via email at ciao@ciboprovidore.com.

ANTIPASTO BOARDS

The option for Cibo’s beautiful antipasto to be presented on a wooden board is available. A refundable bond will apply for which you will be reimbursed once all equipment owned by and on loan from Cibo is returned and assessed for damage. It is your responsibility to return the items to the Cibo kitchen in Eumundi within 48 hours of your event. Your bond will be forfeited if items are not returned within this time frame. Arrangements can be made for Cibo to collect the items and a pick-up fee will apply.

GRAZING TABLES

Cibo does not set up grazing tables but will happily provide food presented in a manner required for you to set up your own. A refundable equipment bond and pick-up fee applies. Cibo does not recommend the set-up of grazing tables outdoors in the warm Queensland climate as food will spoil quickly in the hot conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The limitations on liability set out below will not apply to any claim which is the consequence of fraud, dishonesty, wilful concealment, wilful misrepresentation or gross negligence by or on behalf of Cibo Providore.

Cibo will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any special, indirect or consequential losses arising out of these terms and conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Cibo's maximum aggregate liability to you shall in all circumstances be limited to the value of the invoice issued to you by Cibo Providore under these terms and conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE

Cino will not be liable for failures or delays in fulfilling its obligations  arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, traffic delays, acts of God, fires, epidemics, governmental restrictions, storms and floods.
